Chapter Fifty-Five: Long Fei, You Beast
The weather was sweltering. Yang Danni was about to take a shower, but Long Fei shamelessly squeezed into the bathroom before she had a chance to close the door. As soon as he entered, his behavior went from merely shameless to downright roguish, leaving Yang Danni blushing furiously, her whole body trembling.
Though it was not the first time Long Fei had been so forward, and she had anticipated this outcome and prepared herself before coming here, seeing Long Fei swiftly strip himself bare still made Yang Danni instinctively shut her eyes. Yet Long Fei, ever eager, began to help her undress, leaving Yang Danni utterly at a loss. She wanted to resist, but her hand, just barely raised, dropped again. Carefully she glanced at Long Fei, only to accidentally catch sight of something she had never seen before—well, she had seen it in her high school health textbook.
Long Fei could not recall where he had learned these techniques—perhaps he was born knowing them. At this moment, his hands and mouth were tireless. Yang Danni, already stripped bare by Long Fei, was nestled in his embrace, her body limp as though her bones had melted away. Yet as Long Fei's hands explored and his lips wandered, she felt a tingling pleasure in several sensitive places, as if she were floating on clouds, drifting and drifting, reluctant to open her eyes. It was as if she were suspended on water, drifting and drifting, too weak even to moan.
Long Fei was determined to do something wild tonight. He had intended to stir Yang Danni's desire, but ended up arousing his own, feeling a surge of pure yang energy coursing through his abdomen, flowing along his meridians, setting his whole body ablaze—not a heat of the skin, but a fire burning deep within.
Inner fire.
Long Fei recalled the last time he had felt so feverish, after learning that Phoenix was his biological sister and getting drunk. It was much the same—a burning body, a raging inner fire, and in the end, Phoenix had saved him, leaving them both with lasting pain.
Then it was Phoenix; now it was Yang Danni. Both beautiful women, but Long Fei’s mood was entirely different.
Long Fei always considered himself a rogue, but at least a tasteful one. He believed that certain things should be done with a sense of romance. The bathroom offered a thrill, but lacked warmth. Perhaps he and Yang Danni could use it for such exchanges in the future, but not tonight. Tonight was Yang Danni’s first time, and it ought to be in bed—on the brand new sheets he had just bought, in the new home, with the new bride. Wasn’t this consummation?
While daydreaming, he finally let up on the nearly limp Yang Danni, swept her up in his arms despite her weak protests, and, rather roughly and domineeringly, tossed her onto his bed before pouncing upon her.
She had imagined this moment countless times, but now that it was real, Yang Danni was frightened. It was a girl’s nature. She frowned, gazing at Long Fei with pitiful eyes.
Long Fei was not a brute; he knew to cherish beauty. But his restraint lasted less than ten minutes, after which he dove in headlong. There was nothing to be done about it. No matter how traditional, reserved, shy, or pure a woman might be, when she found herself beneath her beloved, she needed only a brief moment to adapt before becoming wild—often doing things she would blush to even recall.
Yang Danni was no exception. Soon, she forgot the pain, feeling as though thousands of ants were crawling inside and out, unable to maintain her elegant composure. Disheveled, she pinned Long Fei to the bed, her movements rough and emotions so intense that even Long Fei was secretly amazed.
At the crucial moment, Long Fei’s phone rang again.
He ignored it.
It rang again.
He ignored it once more.
It rang yet again.
"Hello, Ye Qian, what do you want, huh, ah, oh!"
"Long Fei, what's wrong? Who are you with?"
"I'm sleeping. Can we talk tomorrow? I'm hanging up."
"Long Fei, if you dare hang up, I won't let you off! Tell me, who are you with? Wait—a woman's voice! You two, what are you doing?"
Long Fei mischievously intensified his actions, causing Yang Danni to hurriedly cover her mouth, but her body lost balance and she almost fell off the bed, shrieking involuntarily.
"I'm hanging up," Long Fei said.
"Long Fei, where are you? I'm coming to find you, answer me! Hey! If you don't say anything, you beast, I won’t forgive you!"
Long Fei snapped the phone shut.
I am a beast, and right now I’m doing what any beast would do—and I like it.
When Long Fei woke up the next morning, Yang Danni was still pressed tightly against him. He had meant to move gently so as not to wake her, but in the end, his mischief roused her.
Despite using Long Fei as her cushion, Yang Danni felt a sharp pain somewhere as soon as he stirred. She managed to roll off him, walking with a splayed gait toward the bathroom. By the time she returned, Long Fei was already up. The large cluster of bloodstains on the sheets made Long Fei proud, but left Yang Danni blushing deeply.
"It's all your fault, your fault!" Yang Danni punched Long Fei’s chest twice, nearly falling over, but he caught her in his arms just in time.
Long Fei chuckled, "Say that again, and I’ll show you what I can really do."
Yang Danni was startled, quickly shaking her head. "No, no!"
Knowing Yang Danni’s body could no longer take any strenuous activity, Long Fei dressed, smiling, "You handle the aftermath, I have to go to class. Just rest at home today and call in sick at work, okay?"
Fortunately, Long Fei had the foresight to buy several outfits yesterday, or else they would have nothing to wear today.
Seeing her clothes were already soiled, Yang Danni nodded obediently, but added, "I don’t have anything to do this morning, so I’ll wash the clothes and hang them to dry. I still have to work tonight. My partner is on vacation, and if I don’t show up, Kou Guangguang will call her in, which would be bad!"
Long Fei nodded, checked the time—it was late—so he left, had breakfast, brought some back for Yang Danni, and finally headed to school.
His rented place was just across the street from Jiaotong University, but since he woke up late and made a trip back and forth, by the time he reached the classroom, he saw an old man entering—likely the professor.
Suddenly, Ye Qian jumped out from a corner of the balcony, startling Long Fei. He forced a smile, "Ah, Ye Qian! Did you have breakfast? Are you auditing our class? That purple T-shirt looks great, much better than the red one. Where did you get those shoes? How much did they cost? So pretty. What did you eat this morning?"
Long Fei rambled on with unrelated questions, but Ye Qian remained silent, staring at him with a mocking smile. Long Fei’s expression grew increasingly awkward until he finally stopped and frowned, "What do you want?"
Ye Qian sneered.
Long Fei persisted, "What exactly do you want?"
Ye Qian continued to sneer.
Long Fei was losing patience. "Move aside, I have class."
"So now you remember to attend class? Why didn’t you show up yesterday afternoon? And tell me, who was that woman with you last night?" Ye Qian’s eyes were full of resentment, as if she were Long Fei’s wife.
Long Fei was stunned. "Why should I explain to you? Ridiculous."
He pushed Ye Qian aside, ignored the professor, and swaggered straight into the classroom.
The professor frowned but held his tongue.
