Her long hair was tied high atop her head; she wore a white blouse with a slightly open V-neck and a hip-hugging skirt, the picture of a career woman.

Her mother’s mouth twitched slightly. “Rui Rui, how about we stop looking for someone for now? Or you can try dating on your own?”

Ge Rui waved both hands emphatically. “No, that won’t work. I’m terrible at judging people! But I trust my mom’s taste! She can definitely find your daughter a good husband!”

Her mother only felt her hair falling out in handfuls tonight. “You’re switching sides too fast. I can’t even keep up with your introductions.”
